The TRS Purchasing Department is using OpenGov as an electronic bidding and vendor registration system.
Our new e-Procurement Portal offers the following features for interested parties:
- Register to Bid: Create an account by selecting Subscribe to receive notifications about future non-investment opportunities.
- Follow Solicitations: Stay updated on existing non-investment solicitations by locating the relevant posting and clicking Follow. You’ll automatically receive amendments and addenda.
- Ask Questions: Submit questions and view answers for open solicitations directly through the portal.
- Guided Submission Process: Get step-by-step support for responding to RFPs, bids, and other opportunities to ensure your submission is complete and accurate.
