The Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois requests proposals from qualified firms to provide real estate and real asset investment consultant services to assist the System in making prudent investment decisions related to the TRS investment program. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified firms in sufficient detail to permit objective evaluation of all proposals which may result in a contract to provide real estate and real asset investment consulting services to the Teachers’ Retirement System. All proposals must be received no later than 2 p.m. CDT on August 14, 2024.
