RE: TRS Special Board Meeting – Virtual Meeting
The Illinois Teachers' Retirement System’s Board of Trustees has scheduled a virtual special board meeting at 1 p.m. on July 31, 2020 to discuss personnel and litigation. The closed portion of the meeting will be held in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, citations 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11).
